The service

MyConList is a free, informational website that lists events, their editions, dates, and venues. It is a personal, non-commercial project. We are not the organizer of any listed event and have no affiliation with event organizers unless explicitly stated.

Event information

Event details (dates, venues, prices, ticket links) are gathered from public sources and community contributions, and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Events can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time. Always confirm details with the official organizer before making plans or purchases. MyConList is not responsible for decisions made based on information found on the site.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin area or any account.
• Disrupt or overload the site, or interfere with its security features.
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades the service for others.

Intellectual property

Event names, logos, banners, and posters belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and informational purposes. If you own rights to content shown on the site and want it corrected or removed, contact us at contact@myconlist.net and we will address it promptly.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyConList shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
